If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by email. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the receipt of the product for any unworn/unwashed garments. Personalized or other customized product may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances.Please allow 7-21 business days for North American orders, 14-28+ business days for most international orders (some experience delays). If the product has not been delivered after 120 days of purchase date, the customer is entitled to a refund of the purchase in full.

All Canadian, U.S. and International orders are shipped via Canada Post. Please note that customers outside Canada shall be responsible for the payment of any import taxes, duties, tariffs or similar charges which may be imposed over and above ordinary shipping charges. Please contact your local post office for info on tarrifs and other import fees.
